VA Home Loans
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs guarantees home loans for eligible Veterans, service members and surviving spouses. Many eligible buyers can purchase with no down payment and no private mortgage insurance.
Certificate of Eligibility
A Certificate of Eligibility (COE) shows your lender that you qualify for a VA-backed loan. You or your lender can request one through the VA.
